Grain Prep

The Auto Delivery System Controller receives input from:

  • A batch weight sensor (scale hopper load cells or batching computer)
  • The moisture sensor
  • The water flow meter

It controls volume and mixture of added at the mixer by sending output to:

  • The water solenoid valve
  • The Grain Prep metering pump

The controller creates a record detailing batch weight, moisture content, and volume of added moisture.
